Thanks, Iliana. I would say you are mostly correct ... System 1 usually gets its way but mostly because System 2 is lazy and does not want to get involved. But when System 2 does get involved, it sets the directions and System 1 follows. It really is a sophisticated dance.
That it's a good comparison!. System 1 and 2 are dancing together all the time, but I think at the end System 1 will always dominate each situation.
